We primarily use Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and GPT-4o (OpenAI). We recommend the right model based on your use case — not just the trendy one.

What does "agent configuration" mean in the retainer?

It means updating prompts, adjusting workflows, connecting new data sources, or deploying new automations — whatever keeps your AI performing well as your business evolves.

How does billing work?

One-time packages are invoiced upfront (net-15). Retainers are billed monthly via invoice or Stripe — your choice.
